Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a photo of the damaged item and your order details to customer.support@kazuribeads.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
