To initiate the process of becoming a wholesaler, kindly fill out our application form. Our dedicated team members will carefully review your submission and aim to respond within a minimum of 5 working days. We look forward to the possibility of collaborating with you.
What minimum quantity is required for wholesale eligibility?
Minimum order of quantity is USD 500 after tax.
What are the payment terms?
- A deposit of 50% is required upon order placement.
- The outstanding balance of 50%, along with shipping costs, must be settled before dispatch.
Are exchanges and refunds available for wholesale clients?
In the event that merchandise is damaged due to material quality or craftsmanship, or if you receive a faulty item, please reach out to us at marketing.kazuri.co.ke within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide replacement items or credit for future purchases. Kindly contact us for return instructions before returning any products.
